mushroom & rabbit risotto

For the first time this year we had to cave and actually put the fire on inside. It was freezing! I'd been hauled up on the couch all day under a blanket with 'man flu'. I definitely wasn't in the mood for cooking. Luckily for me Kim makes a mean risotto with her eyes closed. She added poached rabbit meat and mushrooms cooked in sage infused olive oil. First stodgy winter comfort food, and it's only just the beginning of March.
